Once we decide that we are a good fit, we will send over a contract for you to sign. A 30% deposit will be required to lock in and schedule the project.
Discovery & Planning
After completing your initial intake questionnaire, we meet for a 1:1 design consultation. In that meeting, we work with your core business values to prioritize and map out your unique brand strategy.
Before any design begins, we will send you a creative direction outlining your brand’s overall style. This step ensures we’re on the same page before any design begins.
Design Phase
We will handcraft one concept* that embodies the highest quality design for your business. Here you have an opportunity to provide direct feedback about what looks amazing and what needs adjustment.

Design Day Intensives are an excellent solution for those wanting to say goodbye to back-and-forth emails and drawn-out timelines. By working together one-on-one we can create and tackle your design wishlist in just one day.
After we chat and decide that we are a good match, you will need to pay a 30% non-refundable deposit to book your project and secure your spot. At the beginning of the project, you will pay 35%, and then at the end of the project, you will need to pay the remaining 35% balance before you receive the final files. Payments can be made by e-transfer, or payed online with a credit card.

Yes we can but it is best to make a design package. We genuinely don’t believe a logo can be successful unless there is a solid strategic base and thought behind it, so we only offer branding services. In cases of a project or situation, we can create standard logos. Branding is a much more collaborative process. It will get down to the roots of your business. We will learn things like your businesses, why, what sets it apart, what problems it solves, and your target demographic. By doing so, you clarify what your business is or isn’t setting a clear direction for success.
